That’s what I thought several years ago when I found myself and almost anybody I knew complaining about the hardships of their daily jobs. The working hours seemed to be the price we all had to pay to get to the end of the day, the weekend or reach the much-expected holiday season; the time we get to live our lifes.
I thought: “there must be another way”.
After working in Germany for a while I decided to start my first business with the idea to create a company that would be mainly human-centered and that would learn from people who do really enjoy their jobs. During these years I discovered (some times the hard way) how prejudices and false expectations can prevent people from reaching their goals.
I’m excited to learn more about social psychology and see how it can help me understand what I learned through all these years’ experience. The goal is to gather a set of tools and strategies that help people make their projects come true, improve their world and live a better life.
Besides my job I have a lot of interests. I enjoy travelling and getting to know other cultures. So far, besides Spain, I lived in Germany for over 4 years and also in England and the US for a while. Hopefully, I’ll visit many more. I also love hiking, skating and basketball and have been practicing martial arts (Aikido) for over six years now.
No matter what I do, it’s always about the same: enjoy and learn from what you do.
